Each kit comes with:
2 balloon sizes (12" and 5" sizes) to create a garland size of your choice. Select the garland size in option menu. 
3 color professional grade balloons (purple, shiny silver, black)
Halloween balloon foil, 2 Small ghost props
fishing string to tie balloons together (you can neck tie if you'll like)
3 command hooks to install on a wall of your choice. 
 
As well as easy to follow instructions to help you build your own balloon garland & we also have pre recorded videos available under our "Academy" tab to help you create your decor!
